Famously designed by John Nash as a compliment to the Prince Regent, the street was designed to link Carlton House (the home of the Prince Regent) with Regents Park. Today with its stunning architecture and the famous curve, Regent Street now houses many of the more upmarket fashion outlets in London and is also an excellent place to find top quality restaurants and bars.
